Ruya is for adults. You need to be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we find out that we have, we delete it. If you think a child has been using Ruya on your device, write to us at info@vordusgames.com and we will remove the account and everything in it.

Voice

If you speak your dream instead of typing it, your device turns the speech into text using Apple's speech recognition, which may send the audio to Apple to do that. We do not record or keep the audio.

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, we keep a notification token for your device so we can send them. Turning notifications off in your phone's settings stops that.

​

How dreams are handled

Your dream text is sent to an AI provider to write the interpretation, and a short description of the scene is sent to another one to draw the image. Both apply their own content rules and can refuse a request, in which case your dream is still saved, sometimes without a picture. We do not use your dreams to train any AI model.

Storage and deletion

Your dreams stay in your own iCloud account and your profile is kept on our servers. You can delete all of it at any time from Profile, and we only keep what the law requires.
